To make your first visit as smooth as possible, you’re welcome to download and complete our New Patient Form (see below) ahead of time and bring it along to your appointment.

Your first appointment is all about understanding you. We’ll take the time to talk through your dental history, any concerns you may have, and your expectations for treatment. We do our best to ensure you’re fully informed about all available treatment options, so you can make confident decisions about your care. Questions are always welcome and encouraged.
We will begin with a comprehensive examination, which includes a thorough assessment of your teeth, gums, and mouth, along with X-rays to screen for tooth decay and gum disease where necessary. From there, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan designed to support your long-term oral health.
If possible, please bring along any recent clinical notes or X-rays from your previous dentist to help us better understand your dental history. If you don’t have copies, we’re happy to provide a Records Release form and request them on your behalf. All records are securely scanned into your file, and the originals are confidentially shredded to protect your privacy.
